Terms and Conditions


By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and Murva. Once an order is completed on Murva, customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors and omissions in the order, Murva reserves the right not to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.


Murva accepts Paypal and bank account transactions. All information is sent securely to Murva using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. Murva does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR).
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our online shop.
We offer tax free purchases on orders from all countries.
Online credit card authorization is provided by Paypal™ system. Data transfer is secured by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 2048 bit RSA encryption, provided by SSL certificate issued by Cpanel.


Murva ships worldwide using DPD delivery for orders in Croatia, and UPS for orders to EU and Worldwide
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to Croatia.
Shipping fees for EU orders are 15 Euro per order.
Shipping fees for International Worldwide orders are 20 Euro per order.
We offer free shipping on ALL orders above 250 Euro. This will be clearly shown on your order total.
International customers, please mind that in some cases you might be subject to customs, import or brokerage fee when ordering from Murva. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For information on customs, taxes, brokerage fee or additional charges that may occur, please contact your local customs office for your local regulations.
Orders received before 15pm CEST will be dispatched the same day. Orders places after 15pm CEST will be shipped the following day.
If your order is placed after 15pm CEST on Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be processed on the following Monday,
Delays in dispatching your order may occur during sales and public holidays.
Murva will not be considered responsible for delays in shipment caused by the circumstances beyond the control of Murva.
Murva checks every purchase for faults before shipping them out to you. If the goods are faulty when delivered to you, please send us an e-mail immediately.
Shipping times for regular service in Croatia are 1-2 working days days.
Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 3-5 days.
Shipping times for regular service for the Rest of the World are 3-5 working days.
Murva does not accept responsibility for delay in customs processes outside the EU.

Product must be returned in original packaging.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the price of the product. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– all original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags, etc. must be intact
– products must be returned in a box to protect their form
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with a traceable service so it can be located . All returns along with order number must be sent to:

All returns that do not match the above requirements will be rejected by Murva. Customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Murva.
If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once the returned product is received by Murva, the item(s) are refunded.


Murva collects information about customer behaviour with the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on the customer’s hard drive which track the customer’s behaviour. Cookies are used to personalise the customer’s online experience at Murva. The customer may choose not to accept cookies. Please note that if you do so, it may have an impact on the buying experience. Murva uses cookies to keep the customer’s shopping cart updated and cookies are also required to execute a checkout.
